People frequently ask me what they’ll need to design their own site. Well, one of the things that I always suggest is to familiarize themselves with usability issues, that is designing a site with the user in mind. Check out Jakob Nielsen’s site (Nielsen is “the Guru of Web Page Usability” (New York Times), and you’ll find tons of interesting facts, stats and material. A must-read!
