“When was the last time the Hudson River has been really frozen ?” When I met up with friend Will Gee during a recent dinner, he showed me this picture, taken above the Hudson River in the late afternoon at the State Park up on 145th Street and Riverside Drive (yes, there is a state park in Manhattan).
